"Bootcamp" Butt Wiggle

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5315)

I got this from a "boot camp" book. It looks stupid and sounds it but it works.

1) Lay on your back on the floor.

2) Navel in tight, bring knees up at a 90 degree angle over hip line.

3) Either cross arms over chest or fingers behind ears.

4) Start wiggling your butt from side to side, fast as you can.

5) Make sure to breath and squeeze through the obliques each time.
