Killer Boxing in a Box

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5330)

This is the final result I start with the jump squats and just do jacks back then I change the jacks to jack punches (Billy Blanks) 1 jack, 1 punch, 1 jack, 1 punch alternating arms.

For the other part I start slow with 4 jabs while side stepping, then I change the last jab to a cross on the opposite arm. Then it's double time, with a shuffle instead of side step - 4 counts in each direction. Once they have got it I add the knee and the side kick on the same side as the arm that throws the cross punch. Note - I usually don't do this all at once we do some and then I say we will come back to this.

The trick is putting it all together and still being able to cue and breath at the same time!!!

Note - you can also add 4 alternating front kicks at each corner!
