Roll Ups

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 5333)

First lay flat on back,then tuck your lower back, lift your arms to your buttocks then roll ups. 10-15 roll ups; squeeze your buttocks as you come up and tighten your stomach muscles repeat 10-15 repetitions 4 sets.
