Chug n' Straddle n' Turn n' Chug

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5358)

Bench is horizontal.

Begin at "home" position (behind the bench), facing the left wall.

Repeat three more times (12)

Repeat all of the above with leads reversed! (You will begin at "home" position again, but facing the right wall this time).

When doing the chug step, be careful not to stomp too hard on the bench (not good for the joints!)

When teaching this pattern to a class you may need to repeat each section more than once for everyone to get it!!
