Sprint Pramids

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5367)

After the low aero position, go back into the saddle and repeat format in 20 second intervals. 20 second intervals in the standing position and again in the low aero position. One more set! Go into 30 second intervals in all positions!

I usually end it after the 30 second intervals with no breakdown because I think it's too much and it starts to get a little boring. I try not to take up an entire class with one pattern. Using at least 4 different patterns makes time fly. This is my first pattern and it was harder to write than I thought. Please email me with any questions.
