This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5369)

Joint lubrication by rotation movements for joints before the music starts: 2 minutes. Start in front facing stance: weight on balls of feet, knee bent, center of gravity upon your hips, keeping back straight (like sitting in a saddle) 126-128 bpm.

Warming up for kicks:

Combination 1. (with movement)

Combination 2. (Stationary)

Repeat this combination x 4 each movement (32) then x 2 each movement twice through (32) Total here now is 24 + 4 = 28 (32)

Static stretching: standing moves only

Dynamic stretching: stationary

Add more dynamic stretches as you see fit

Total altogether now is 39 (32 counts) which is approximately 2 intro aerobic songs.

I think of this warm up as a model to me to add and subtact movements to. I hope you will get good use of this model warm up which sticks to a lot of research I have done to use proper protocol when it comes to warm ups.
