Abs for Donna

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5911)

I'm back! I normally put out cycle stuff, but here's an abdominal "hell" that you can put your victims through.

Starting in a seated position on the floor with knees bent and arms out to the sides at a 45 degree angle, start bringing the upper body down ten degrees at a time every eight counts. I like to have my students round their backs just slightly as to engage thier abs and not using the lower back or hips for this exercise. Once thirty degrees is acheived, and from the shoulders, have them move their arms in an up and down fashion as if they were bouncing basketballs at thier sides. Continue down every eight counts until they are back on the floor.

Be sure to pay special attention to students that have lower back problems or special considerations for the hips. Your students will tell you how much it sucks the next day.

Smoke 'em, Donna!!
