Ultimate ARMS!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5915)

This patterns lends a bit of choreography to a toning class! Basically you will be doing four different arms and back exercises.

Basic body position before you begin: Place left foot on the short end of a step for support (if you use a step in your toning class). Your knee is over your ankle and your nose is over your knee giving you back a comfy straight position. Right foot is on the floor with knee slightly bent. Hand weight is in your right hand ~ now you are ready to begin working those arms and back!

Repeat this on the other side. Adjust this routine to your class. I find it allows greater coverage of exercises plus it's not boring!
