Buffalo Blitz
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5916)
I will show you 2 different combos
1st
- Jab, jab cross, knee and front kick (repeat several
times and then turn the front kick to a side kick)
Repeat opposite leg
2nd
- Jab, cross, hook, grab, 2 double knees (a grab is
where you pretend that you have a hold of someones head
and you are gonna hit them with your knees up)
- After doing a few times after the knees, you can add
2 roundhouse kicks and a shuffle
Try it...lots of fun
