This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5919)

Block 1

(grapevine with hams) (64 counts)

Block 2

(step and slide with claps) (16 counts)

Block 3

(step heels forward with repeater diagonal back lunges and hop backs) (48 counts)

This combo might seem a little confusing, but it is so much fun to do. My classes love it! This is the 2nd half of what we do after doing the "Razza-Ma-Jazz 1". Enjoy! Marcia "the Aerobic Maniac"
