Kicks and Jacks Combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

This is my first addition to this site. Thanks to all for the
great patterns...they really make my job a whole lot easier!!
Kicks and Jacks
- 4 Alternating front kicks while moving forward (right-left,
right-left)
- 4 Half jacks back
- Repeat above 4X
- After the 4 half jacks add-on:
- 4 Alternating side kicks (right-left, right-left)
- 4 Half jacks in place
- Repeat both parts above 4X
- After 4 half jacks in place add-on:
- 4 Alternating back kicks (same as above)
- 4 Half jacks in place
- Repeat all three parts above 4X
Remember you are always moving at the beginning of this combo
with the front kicks. For a harder routine when you have
finished the 4th time all the way through, add on going
backwards so you would do the back kicks and half jacks, the
side kicks and jacks, and then the alternating front kicks and
jacks making it a six part combination every time you go
through...it's a real killer!!! Have fun!!
