Kickbox with a "Candy Cane" Yummy!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5968)

Thank all of you who emailed me with such kind words! Here is a great "Kardio Konditioning" workout:

Combo #1

You can use a "Body Bar", Spri "Exertube" bar, or a stick for this next segment:

Combo #2

Again use a bar for this segment: This is a "Major" quadricep burnout!

Add jumprope in between these combos and turn off the music and have your class sing jingle bells. See how long they can keep going. I have my class put jingle bells on their shoes to get them in the "Christmas Spirit" And of course, don't forget to hand out Candy Canes after class!
