POST NATAL Exercises for new Moms!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5969)

Hi there! When I began pregnant, one of my FAB supervisors asked me what classes I would like to teach while preggy! I replied POST NATAL classes with BABIES AND MOMS! Voila! The deal was done! Here are a couple of exercises we did during the class with the babies! BTW I am four weeks away from having the baby and still going strong and teaching classes!

SQUATS

The ladies are welcome to hold their babies or hand weights secure to their chest. Standing feet at shoulder width apart we start. If ladies are advanced you can offer this routine twice.

STANDING OBLIQUES

Ladies are standing with babies or weights secure to chest (weights could be on shoudlers). Do 3 sets of 8 for both exercises.
