Baggy Pants

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6002)

You will need one of those big ol' resist-a-balls!!!:)

Face the front of the room and sit up on your knees. Take the ball and place it on your right side. Let your right arm "drape" over the ball and lean your side over onto the ball. Your right knee will be on the floor and extend your left leg out. You will still be facing the front of the room.

Switch sides!!!

******Help!!!! I need some inner thigh exercises. I use the old tried and true inner thigh squats and squeezing the resist-a-ball but I would love something different. Please email me with ideas!
