Turn Up the Heat!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6008)

This pattern turns up the intensity of the kickbox class: Repeat

In your head (or say out loud if it helps!) -

This pattern is easy to pick up if you take it through a few times at a slow pace, then "double time" when everyone has caught on. It's a real "killer" and when repeated for a couple of sets (which I recommend!) really pumps up the intensity of the workout...EVERYONE should have broke a sweat then!
