The flip side

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6014)

Start in attack position. Right foot forward.

Part 2

Repeat on the left side.

Part 2 is quick. The squat goes right into the jump up which turns you 180 degrees to face the opposite direction with the left foot forward ready to start on the left side. I usually break this down by 1) knee up and down a few times slow 2) then knee up, down and then squat 3) knee up and down, squat and jump up 4) finally I turn the jump into a jump turn. It sounds more complicated than it is but is a great combo. I am always looking for good cardio drills to do in between boxing combos if you have any ideas feel free to email me.
