Slanted Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6031)

Make sure all heart rates have come WAY down if you do this after an intense aerobic workout!!!!

Take your step and turn it into an inclined plane. I have my class put 3 risers at one end and 1 at the other. The head goes at the low end and the legs are elevated. Do any count you want to. This really challenges the abdominals and puts a new twist on an old crunch!
