This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6034)

This is actually quite simple, but it gets the heart rate up!

Facing front:

REPEAT entire pattern in other direction

You can change it up by changing the kicks, and changing the jacks to a jump rope, a jog, or a bob and weave if you don't want the impact.
