Cardio Combat

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6050)

Begin with a total body warm-up. After the stretches I warm up the lateral movement to prepare for all the shuffles...Here we go... You are ready to shuffle angle back to the left and repeat the entire routine on the other side!

**Please note that I spend a lot of time breaking down each combination and using repetition, half tempo at first. Be sure to stress proper form and keep the music at a tempo that allows complete and safe execution of each jab and kick.

***It is important to keep your stance wide at the base with one foot slightly forward. I remind my classes my telling them not to surf! Also keep in mind most of the moves are done while on your toes or the ball of the foot. You should always feel as if you are advancing forward and ready to kick with any leg.
