Anni's Hi/Lo #1

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6066)

Hallo fitness freaks, hope you can make use of this pattern. I found it easy to teach and can be adapted to Hi or Lo to suit your participants.

Combination One - 64 counts

Combination Two - 64 counts

*Superman - named presumably because of the action, not wearing one's knickers on the outside - it's just a hop backwards with both arms reaching up as you travel. Keep the leg not doing the hop straightish and lift it out behind to get a good squeeze on the glutes, back straight not arched. For a Lo version just step and tap behind, leaving out the arms if necessary.
