This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6068)

*Corkscrew:
Knee up left to a straddle, knee up right and exit to your right (8) Also called knee up straddle. Knee up and exit facing the left wall and moving to your right
After the last knee when you exit you should be facing towards the right wall, (on the eighth count)
Do the same thing now, knee up left to a straddle, knee up right and exit to your right (8) (facing the right wall and moving to you right)

*3 Curls on the bench:
Step right on the bench 1, hamstring curl left 2, ste left on the bench 3, hamstring curl right 4, step right on the bench 5, hamstring curl left 6, step down left on the floor 7, step down right on the floor 8

*Option:
On the repeater knee you can do a repeater knee PENDULUM
Step right on the bench 1, knee up left 2, step left on the bench simultaneously swinging the right leg to you right side (abduction) 3, step right on the bench simultaneously swinging the left leg to your side 4, step left on the bench simultaneously swinging the right leg to your side 5, step right on the bench simultaneously lifting the left knee up 6, step down left on the floor 7, step down right on the floor 8
