Sculpting what you can't see

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6073)

I use a bench when doing my sculpt class. This combination works nicely and goes smoothly into a lot of muscles without having to have your classes get up/down etc. Two risers at each end. Try this combo: I change this up by doing this in different order, adding pulses, doing a few sets in a row, lift up in sets of 2 count, or work the eccentric contraction and go up 2 count and down 4. Have fun with it!
