Block 1
- Basic 3x/knee lift off end/over the top3x/knee lift
off back (32)
- Ham curls: single/single/repeater/V-step 4x (32)
- Repeat other side (64)
Block 2
- Knees side to side 4x (16)
- Over the top/squat* (8)
- Side lift tap down 2x (8)
- Repeat other side (facing back) - (32)
Block 3
- Ham curl 2x/basic 2x (16)
- L-step/knee lift off end/mambo (16)
- Repeater knee/repeater side leg/repeater curl/knees
off the back 4x (32)
- Repeat other side (64)
Block 4
- Kick 4x** (16)
- Over the top/3 knees around the end (16)
- Repeat other side (32)
*I do the squat away from the bench, so if the bench is on
your right side, you squat out with the left and step back in
with the left. You'll do your next step leading with the
right foot.
**On this part I do kick-tap-down (all kicks facing the same
wall) as opposed to "kick side-to-side," (which
would work as well!) I usually cue it "kick tap down,"
just so all the members stay with me.
