This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6077)

*I do the squat away from the bench, so if the bench is on your right side, you squat out with the left and step back in with the left. You'll do your next step leading with the right foot.

**On this part I do kick-tap-down (all kicks facing the same wall) as opposed to "kick side-to-side," (which would work as well!) I usually cue it "kick tap down," just so all the members stay with me.
