Hot Lunges

Hello World!

Here is another combo for the legs.
This one is not so long as my squat combo, but lunges are harder, I think.

Basic Lunge

This basic move takes 4 counts. Repeat 8x.

Lunge with hamstring

This move takes 8 counts. Repeat 8x

Lunge with kneelift

This move takes 8 counts. Repeat 8x

Mixed repeater number one

This move takes 16 counts. Repeat 8x

Mixed repeater number two

This move takes 16 counts. Repeat 8x

Repeat everything on left leg.

Arms (optional with dumbbells):

You will feel your quads, calves and heart afterwards.
