Hot Thighs and Glutes

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4080)

Hello World!

Here is a quite long combo for your thighs (abductors) and butt (gluteus).

Start laying on left side, right leg is up. Thigh slightly forward, heel is highest part of body, toes pointing down. Just your ordinary thigh basic position.

Now hold the right leg here and tell them to use it further! Now hold the leg here and tell them to use it even further! You have just finished one leg!

It has taken you through about 8 minutes or more, depending on how fast your people switch to another position.

Sit back for a little while and stretch, than go for the left leg.
