Indian Sprints

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 4086)

This is one of my, and my students, favorites - you work and get break!! Just as in the Ballroom Blitz pattern, I divide the room into 2 teams. Team 1 (or give them a name) hammers/sprints while team 2 pedals at light resistance, then switch so that team 2 hammers and team 1 watches. If the song is longer, I will add vertical or aggressive positioning, depending on the group that day.

Time patterns are up to you - I may do variable timing or just keep it at 20 seconds a piece. It's really good as a race scenario - don't let them pass you, or they did pass you, now catch them and blow them away.
