Cheezy, Peezy, Nice and Easy!!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4088)

This is a very basic hi/lo combo, but it's fun!!!

Combo 1 (32)

Repeat to all 4 walls

Combo 2 (32)

*Can substitute "cross over knees"

Combo 3 (32)

Clap on 4 & 8

Combo 4 (32)

Repeat 3 more times

Combo 5 (32)

Arms: star arms (side, up, side, clap down)

Combo 6 (32)


Combo 7 (32)

Repeat 3 more times

Combo 8 (32)

This is a very basic hi/lo combo. I use it for beginning students because it's not too complicated, but it comes in handy for the advanced students when they simply want to sweat! I recommend using very up-beat music, preferable with lots of base, it seems to keep the class moving and yelling for more!
