This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4090)

Routine 1

Repeat all again (16)

When marching forward and doing 3 knee lifts the marches are on counts 1,2 & 3 and the knee lifts on 5,6,7 & 8. As the class becomes more advanced you can 1/4 turn with the 2nd and 3rd knee lift until facing the opposite direction. Then instead of marching backwards to the original spot you will need to march forwards and turn again.

For the L shape grapevine, when going right the moves are one grapevine right, 1/4 turn to face right wall and another grapevine with the left foot leading.
