The Great Race

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 4101)

This exercise is set up like a motocross-style race in which each lap has 4 legs. Take 15-20 minutes per lap depending on your class time.

You can play with the lengths of the intervals, the resistances and the percent of effort used; have done it as solo efforts or team efforts. The key is that each participant gets repeated chances at being successful with each terrain challenge. It's easy to add spontaneous surges or breakaways to keep participants on their toes.
