Texas Attitude

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4125)

Combo 1:

Combo 2:

(**see variation below for combo 2) Repeat from the TOP on the left leg.

**Variation on repeater knee - knee up, heel down, knee up and down. Let me count it out for you: knee up 1 heel dig 2 knee up 3 and down on 4. Now you are ready to go into the squat 5,6,7,8.

**Combo 2 variation: walk up x3 and then turn to the back wall as you take the knee up and walk to the back wall x3 with knee. Jog x4 and face front as you are jogging and then go into your quick squats. Add your own style on the walk. I usually tell them to take the walk with attitude. So I just cue "Give me attitude!"
