Leg Focus

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4142)

I start the participants off by doing about 8 basic squats with legs in the plie position, just so that they are aware of their form. Then I get them to move... From this point, I go straight into static lunges, progressively slowing the movement down on each leg. Finish off with walking lunges up and down the room.

This is written out in great detail but is really so simple and effective. The travel squats have the effect of breaking up a fairly hard workout, and adds interest to what would otherwise be all on one spot. Works though.

This is my first pattern entered, hope it works for you.
