Squat Sweeps

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4168)

Hello Everyone!

I use this routine as a warm up... usually within the first 15 minutes of the start of class. Definitely a shallow end of the pool routine. It's great for targeting leg/thigh muscles, and the routine is about 5 minutes (length of one good song). OK, here goes.. good luck!

Although this routine targets the legs and buttocks, I encourage using your arms to push and pull you into these movements for overall toning.
