Hi/Low with Attitude

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4177)

Like all my stuff, this is typical K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid).
I do Hi/Lo at about 145 to 150 bpm-big moves, lots of power.

32 Count block, starting with a right lead leg:

Repeat on the left leg.
For the break down, though this one doesn't really need one, I start with 5 grapevines and then do 6 hamstrings, and then cut it down.
For the hustle-up kick, I do that for 16 counts, and then charlestons for 16 counts, then cut it down into 8 counts.

*Double grapevine 180 - Take the hop in the middle of the double grapevine and do a 1/2 turn, so the rest if the grapevine is to the back of the room. Then take the scoops to the side wall (right hand wall when facing the back of the room) and twist the final scoop another 1/4 turn so you end up facing the front of the room again.

**The four knee repeater - Just step onto the right leg, and do 4 knees up with the left.
Repeat on the opposite leg.

Let me know what you think! I'm always looking for basic, heart pumping moves! See all you SF Bay Area people at Cardio Classic!
