Never Ending Knees

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4189)

Hi, this is one of my favorite combos! It can be changed to hamstrings, outer thigh lifts, etc. Since I teach at least 4 times per week I like to change my patterns slightly each time. Have fun! Repeat from left basic 2 etc

To teach 1st combo show corner knees before going into the around the world then show it.

To teach 2nd do the single knees front and go into triple repeaters corners, then show the double knee jack, then show the 3 knee T-step which is a 16 count alternating knees off side of bench 3 and walk walk behind to other side to repeat there *make sure to alternate sides with this so you are not only doing it one sided
