Lots to Move in 32

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4182)

This 32 block moves very fast, so I will give you the final 32 count block first, then the breakdown.

You are beside your step, facing the left or right wall.

Repeat on other leg!

Cue like this:

I start this sequence by doing a regular side leg extension, with the squat, add the marching (no jack) for 4 counts, then the A-step, then a tap up and down. Do this first, a few time, and let the people in your class know that they can stay with this easier sequence if they choose.

I then add the hop side leg extension, squat and march and the front lunge. The last thing I add is the jack. This will really get your heart going.

Please let me know if you try this, and if it works in your class. My class loves this block, and they always moan when we get to it.
