Super Slide

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 4226)

I use this drill for power pacing. It is very simple to learn but very effective! I usually use an upbeat rhythmic song but will work with a fast song with a good beat.

...and so on. It is a great bun workout.

Option: hook-seated, hook-lifts, hook-stand.
