Sock it to those abductors and adductors!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4233)

You'll need a slide sock, dynaband (either the kind with handles or the figure 8 kind), and a body bar for balance. Repeat as many sets of 8 as your class allows, then repeat to other side.

My classes love this, very effective!

Sometimes I use only the sock, without the band, for a great inner thigh workout.
