Sock it to those abductors and adductors!
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4233)
You'll need a slide sock, dynaband (either the kind with handles
or the figure 8 kind), and a body bar for balance.
- Put the sock on the right foot.
- The band is used as resistence around both feet.
- The bar is held vertically to the floor, in the center of
your body for balance. (keeping it centered is very important
throughout the whole routine)
- Now, lift the right leg to work abductor, bring it down
into a squat position.
- From the wide stance slowly slide the foot in toward the
other leg. (make sure the foot is pointing forward and flat
on the floor)
Repeat as many sets of 8 as your class allows, then
repeat to other side.
My classes love this, very effective!
Sometimes I use only the sock, without the band, for a great
inner thigh workout.
My first time submitting a routine. Please feel free to email
me with any questions. This routine really works. My students rave
about the results, actual inner and outer thigh toning.
Thanks for all your routines, they have been great, and thanks
for this website!!!!!!
