This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 3829)

Two vertical benches---outside right bench, left foot leads You can repeat from top going in other direction or go straight to... Repeat with other lead

Add this combo--it'll finish them off

Pick up the intensity: squats are pulsing for 4 3 2 1, for 48 counts

Refer to I Only Have Thighs For You... to better explain the squat sequence. So many workable ideas flow so well together. Thanks also to Dana from Japan !!! When we get going good, I always say, "Move Over Bacon...." It's hard not to smile!!
