What goes up must come down!!

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3843)

The first pattern is a warmup and the second patttern is the cooldown for a step class

Step is horizontal...standing with right side to step facing left wall

Repeat left lead

I do this pattern maybe 3-4 times increasing the intensity on the last time...then go into rythmic stretches

For the cooldown I simplify this:

Repeat left lead and do 4-5 times until you are ready for static stretches
