This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3844)

Part B

(Facing left wall, side approach to step) Lead with left leg. (on "over the top" turn to face front of step for part C)

Part C

Part A: Option knee. Step knee lift(1,2). "Knee leg" steps on floor (3), and other foot taps to other side of step (4). Step on board with the "tap" foot (5). Lift knee (6). Step down where you began (7,8).

Part B: Rock on board. Kind of like a chug leg. For instance, leading right. Right foot steps on board 2x (1,2,3,4). Then over the top (5,6,7,8.) For more intensity you can hop on the "over the top".

These patterns can be used together, or you can work one into your own routine. Give me an email to let me know how it went, or if you need further explanation. I'll be glad to help, Kerry:)
