Kat #3 Warm up or Floor

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3847)

Right lead: Repeat on left lead.

I use this to music by Dynamix "Top Ten Step 6" side B

I'll use this in my step class for a warm up or an intro to my floor class.

Of course you'll want to break it down, i.e. 4x walk up and back, several grapevines making sure everyone knows how, staying longer on slow squats so you can educate the participants to sit back "like sitting in a chair", head up, pushing up on the heels and not toes.
