This is a Step pattern from (pattern 3864)

Off the end of the step -

Combo #1:

Repeat set on left leg lead

Combo #2, Walk the Plank (off the end again):

Repeat set on left leg lead.

Adding intensity: Show modifications of the T-step with power, show propulsions with the lunges. It's a great combo for both low and high impacters. Let me know your thoughts!
