Traveling Lunges

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3874)

Block One:


Block Two:

Repeat these two blocks on the left

I like to do this pattern in the middle of my Hi-Lo class breaking it down by doing traveling lunges the full length of the room then marching or jogging backwards. Repeat as many times as you like, then introduce the pattern. To increase intensity bring the knee up when you do toe touches. For variety you can do the toe touches in one circle.
