Cooling Down Patterns

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3889)

For cooling down
  1. Start by having your class take big steps from side to side on the spot for a count of about 4-8
  2. After that start adding things on to the end of each side step this is how I explain it
ie Step side ways, together (feet come together), step forward, the feet together, then squat together, squat together two little jumping jacks two little cross country ski ready do it again.
  3. You can do that as many times as you want adding on different things all the time.

This probably sound very simple and you know what it is. This is meant to be done slowly to help bring the heart rate down while keeping the body in motion. Hope you enjoy it try it and if you have any questions feel free to email me
