This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3899)

Your step should be in the vertical position.
There are NO TAPS in this routine

Combination 1 (32 counts)

(starting on left side of step facing front)

Combination 2 (32 counts)

Combination 3 (32 counts)

Combination 4 (32 counts)

Repeat entire 4 combinations starting from the left side of bench!

Combinations starting on left side of bench will be the same except you use the opposite lead leg mentioned above.

Over and around (left lead): start on right side of bench, face front. As you move over the top you turn your body so that you end facing the back on the other side of the step. Left foot up, right foot up left foot down, right foot down. Ready to start with left lead leg.

Double knee on bench, double knee on floor (right lead): start on right side of bench, face front. Double knee repeater on bench, left foot comes down on 5, right knee goes up on 6, right foot comes down on floor on 7, right knee comes up on 8. You are ready to start the next move with the right lead leg on 1. (When the right foot comes down on 7 it should be back behind the left foot, like a lunge)

Horseshoe full turn (left lead): turn straddle, full turn. Start the full turn coming out of the straddle position.

Full turn (left lead): regular turnstep but smaller is size, as you exit the bench turn your body all the way around. When your left foot comes down on the floor you should be facing away from the bench. As the right foot comes down it crosses over the left foot. You should be ready to step on the bench with the left foot. (4 counts)
