Get Started Power Box

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3892)

Warm-Up:

Cardio: I like to begin by jumping rope (or jacks) for 2-3 minutes.

Combo: "Squat Walk"

Combo: "Rock n Kick" *Hands block face add jabs with kicks Repeat right lead

Combo: "Shuffle-Jab" *Hands block face add jabs with kick

Repeat to left

Wrap-Up: Place jump rope on floor in U and jump in & out. (2 minutes)

My classes are a constant mixture of advanced and beginners and this combo seems to give them a variety in their workout while not seeming too difficult to follow. Thanks for all the GREAT work put into this website!!!
