Easy Peasy 2 Do & Q

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3895)

When your clients have got that add:

Repeat scoop & knee lift sequence and start again with hamstring curls.

Thank you whoever invented this site, as a new instructor it has become my lifeline! This pattern is suitable for beginner exercisers and teachers alike. I love teaching and this is my first pattern so any feedback would be very welcome!

The pattern can be made harder by substituting the easy walks by jumping jacks or spotty dogs etc. I also change the double knee lifts to lift,cross, lift and down (I think I will call these sailors, unless anyone knows the correct term!)
