High energy funky lunge

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3896)

I often do this at the tail end of a high energy class to really kick butt, everyone loves it: Do this 4 times for 32 counts.

Then add the change:

2 times for 32 counts

Add the change:

Do that on each side 4 times for 32 counts

Add on 4 plyo heels coming up onto the last combo - 2 times for 32 counts

Repeat from the top

Add funky arms on the 4 plyo heels up
