This is a
Warmup pattern from

- Step tap, single arms reach front (16)
- Step tap, single arms reach overhead (16)
- Step tap, double arms overhead (16)
- Step tap, double arms front (16)
- Step touch, loud clap, please! (16)
- Grapevine right and left (16)
- Grapevine right, left knee up, reach left arm,
grapevine left, right knee up, reach right arm x4 (32)
- Single knee lift, same arm lift (16)
- Same knees, double arm lift (16)
- Continue knees, both arms press front (16)
- Continue knees, both arms pull down from top to hips (16)
- Heel digs (16)
- March in place behind step (16)
- Basic right to the top of the phrase while explaining
next move:
- Half-time basic right (8)
- 2 Basics at tempo (8)
- 3 Skates* on the bench, lead right, left, right and exit (8)
- 4 Heel digs to the bench right and left (8)
- Half-time left...REPEAT LEFT LEAD, ETC!
Continue this little step warm-up until everyone's warm and
then stretch them out. Those heel digs lend to a smooth
transition to ham stretches.
