Simple and fun

I usually teach this for my beginner class. It is really easy
to teach and everyone leaves having had a good workout and a
lot of fun. Bench is horizontal and all blocks are self
reversing.
Block One
- Turnstep (8)
- Glute lift corner to corner (8)
- Basic right (8)
- Squat right then left on the floor (8)
Block Two
- L-step (8)
- Alternating knees (8)
- Repeater knee (8)
- V-step right (4)
- Single knee lift (4)
Block Three
- Abductor around the corner (8)*
- Diagonal over the top (4)
- One knee lift move back (4)
- Turnstep (8)
- Ham curl corner to corner (8)
* It is just two abductors that move you around the corner of
the bench to the back side.
This pattern is so easy to teach, but it gives a good workout!
